DeafQueer Trivia Troubleshooting Tips

Having trouble accessing the DeafQueer Trivia Quiz? Try the following:

• Mac Users: The DeafQueer Trivia Quiz software does not work well with Internet Explorer. It will not let you move beyond the first Trivia question. Please use a different web browser such as Safari, Firefox, Netscape or Camino.



• AOL Users: If you are unable to access the Trivia Quiz or move beyond the first question, please use a different web browser than AOL's built-in browser. We recommend Firefox or Netscape.



• Back Button: Do not press your web browser's Go Back Button when taking the Quiz. This will make the Quiz software think you are done.



• Not Done?: If you accidently press your Go Back Button and receive a message saying that you can't take the Quiz again, clear the "cookies" stored in your web browser. This can be found in your web browser's Preferences settings.



• Taking Quiz Again: If you want to take the Quiz again or if someone who shares your computer wants to take it but can't because you receive a message saying you have already taken the Quiz, clear the "cookies" stored in your web browser. This can be found in your web browser's Preferences settings. That should do the trick.
